Developed by Dr. Judith Kravitz, Transformational Breath® fuses breathing techniques with healing, self-improvement, and spiritual growth, making it an unparalleled approach to holistic well-being.

Our History

Transformational Breath® was pioneered in the late 1970s by Dr. Judith Kravitz, who began her journey in breathwork through personal healing. Diagnosed with a malignant throat tumor, Dr. Kravitz turned to an early form of breathwork, Rebirthing, which led her to profound realizations about the healing potential of breath. Inspired to evolve and expand beyond the limitations she encountered, Dr. Kravitz developed Transformational Breath®, a technique that incorporates hands-on facilitation, sound and movement, affirmations, body mapping, and breathing analysis.

PERSONAL SESSIONS

Experience tailored Transformational Breath® sessions with a Certified Facilitator, either online or in person. Receive personalized coaching to set intentions, followed by guided breathing exercises and techniques. Unlock the full potential of your breath for holistic well-being.

GROUP WORKSHOPS

Two-hour workshops, online or in-person, led by Certified Group Leaders or Trainers. Start with an introduction to Transformational Breath® and a breathing analysis demo, then dive into a group session to experience first hand the transformative power of the breath.

INTRO WEEKENDS

Explore Transformational Breath® in person at our Introductory Weekend Events. Over two to three days, learn the Three Levels and immerse in four to five powerful breathing sessions led by certified trainers.

SEMINAR

Join our six-day in-person Seminar to master facilitating your own Transformational Breath® sessions. Known as Levels 1 to 3, this training is a crucial step toward becoming a certified facilitator.

06.

GET CERTIFIED

Become a Certified Facilitator through our in-person, 14-day training program. Complete a 500-hour certification, which includes mentorship, practice hours, and an internship, to master facilitation and coaching techniques.
